ALPHARETTA CITY CENTER

Alpharetta City Center encompasses 26 acres that includes City Hall, the Library, and five park areas. A restaurant district populates a green swath on Main Street, with lively patios, rooftop decks and dining gardens under ancient oak trees. Locally owned retailers, each with a customized storefront handcrafted of traditional materials, line the street level of buildings housing homes and offices. Architectural integrity, connected greenspaces and a curated collection of shops and restaurants all contribute to creating authenticity, a sense of place, and a true heart and marketplace for Alpharetta.

Completed in 2019, the development has been the catalyst for a shift in development patterns from the suburbs to the historic downtown, with $400 million of new private development within a half-mile. And two-thirds of all new homes and office projects have been built within walking distance of City Center.
